“The lead in this production is Hector Manuel, who’s unfaltering German accent and suggestive performance is fantastic.”
“But really, any staging of this show is only as good as its Hedwig, and this production has a great one in Hector Manuel, playing the rock diva with a sly smirk and a leggy strut.” “Manuel and Stewart sing the hell out of the show’s fantastic songs”
“Hector was one minute funny and engaging as she worked her way through the crowd breaking down the fourth wall, and then passionate and heartfelt the next as she sung about love and loss. Oh, and she totally rocked the fishnets too.”
“…Hector Manuel provides an energetic presence with strong vocals…and a spot-on sense for comedic timing.”
“Hector Manuel’s portrayal of Warren was a refreshing balance of comedy to the edgy stress of Kit Prelewitz’s Deb... I particularly liked Hector’s ability to insert humor within each of his scenes…”
“I am very proud of my accomplishments both as an actor and as a collaborative production member. My passion and my adaptability allows me to maintain my creative integrity and showcase my talent. I am very excited to continue my theatrical journey and look forward to the many opportunities to come where I can share my passion for the arts with audiences everywhere and in every way I can.”
